Authorized use

Administrators and organizers must use the platform only for legitimate events and contacts they are authorized to invite. Accounts and secure links must not be shared outside their intended recipients.

Contact and message responsibility

Organizers are responsible for contact accuracy, consent, invitation content, and compliance with approved WhatsApp, SMS, privacy, and opt-out requirements.

Current provider status

SMS delivery uses the configured Beem provider. WhatsApp delivery remains subject to provider approval, templates, sender identities, credentials, and commercial terms before production use.

Production approval

These terms are an implementation baseline and must be reviewed and approved by the operating organization before public production use.
