The platform processes organizer accounts, event details, invitee contact information, delivery attempts, RSVP responses, registrations, QR identifiers, attendance records, and operational audit data.

Purpose

Information is used to prepare invitations, deliver approved messages, collect responses, register attendees, confirm attendance, produce reports, secure the platform, and troubleshoot operations.

Access and sharing

Authenticated records are limited by staff role and event ownership. Invitee, pass, and shared-report pages use unguessable tokens. Message providers receive only the information required for delivery when real integrations are enabled.

Retention and security

The system supports audit logging, redaction of sensitive fields, account deactivation, and reversible event archival. Final production retention periods and organization contact details must be approved before launch.
